About

About Colossus Roofing

Colossus Roofing is a metal roofing and metal siding contractor serving the Lower Mainland, BC, from the North Shore and Vancouver through Surrey and Langley to Abbotsford, Chilliwack and Hope. We install standing seam, metal shingles and tiles, exposed-fastener panels, aluminum, copper and zinc, and metal wall cladding, on houses, townhouse complexes, farm buildings and commercial roofs.

Metal is all we do. That focus is deliberate: a metal roof is only as good as its flashings, hems and fastening, and a crew that does it every day does it better than one that fits a metal job between shingle roofs. It also means we will tell you when metal is not the right answer for your building, because we have nothing else to sell you.

How we work

Every quote starts with a visit. We measure each slope, check the deck and attic, look at the flashings and access, and bring samples. The written quote names the panel profile, gauge, finish and colour, prices every line including tear-off and deck repairs, and states the manufacturer finish warranty and our workmanship warranty. There is no pressure after it arrives.

Our price ranges are reviewed every year. Where a job varies too much to give a fair number, we say so and quote it on site rather than invent one.
