The roof estimate tool and the cost pages give general price ranges for budgeting and planning. They are based on the information you enter and on typical regional prices, and they are not quotes, offers or guarantees of price. A quote is the written document we provide after measuring the building in person, and only that document is binding on us, on the terms it states.
Cost information and guides
Articles, cost ranges, permit summaries and other content are general information, not professional, engineering or legal advice. Permit rules are set by each municipality and change over time; always confirm them with your city or district.
Using the site
Please give accurate information in your requests and do not submit false, abusive or automated requests, or requests on behalf of someone without their permission. Do not try to interfere with the site's operation or security. We may decline any request at our discretion.
Third-party services and links
The estimate tool uses map and address services provided by third parties under their own terms. The site links to other websites, including municipal permit pages, and we are not responsible for their content.
Our content
The site's text, design and graphics belong to Colossus Roofing or are used with permission. You may share links to the site but may not copy or republish its content without permission.
Limitation of liability
The site and its tools are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colossus Roofing is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or from reliance on information on it.
